Overall process of buying and delivery was great. Flowers looked amazing. If I had to nitpick one thing it would be the handwritten card. I think you might need to use a bigger card or limit the characters some more. The writing I chose was too lengthy because it was rather cramped together and my wife had no idea what it said.
